How do I choose the right size for Rounderbum products?
To ensure the perfect fit for our padding and compression technology, please refer to our detailed Size Guide located on each product page. We recommend measuring your waist and hips accurately as our garments are designed for a snug, body-contouring fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. However, due to the intimate nature of our products and hygiene regulations, underwear and shapewear must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a return or exchange.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your items sooner. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes, we value your privacy. All Rounderbum orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging that does not disclose the contents of the box.
How should I wash my Rounderbum garments to maintain their shape?
To preserve the integrity of the padding and elastic fibers, we recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent. If you use a machine, select the delicate cycle and use a laundry bag. Always air dry and avoid using a tumble dryer or bleach.
