We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Rounderbum gear, which is why we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
